Stimulating an Interest in History
The Grand Forks County Historical Society is pleased to introduce the Historical Society Storytellers who are available to go into classrooms and other venues in Grand Forks County portraying historic figures that lived in, or had significant influence on, Grand Forks County. The Storytellers have researched and prepared their own scripts. Summer for the Performing Arts (SPA) seamstresses created many of the costumes for the storytellers. This program was developed in cooperation with the Grand Forks Public School system and all of the Storytellers are citizens of Grand Forks County who care about children and youth, and have a love of history.
